We saw Milton & Swan's review in the Oxford Times and thought we would give them a try at some plumbing work. Kate did an excellent job and so we moved on to using them to re-model our bathroom. New shower, taps, basins, tiling and even painting all done to a great standard! We are really delighted, everyone is impressed and Kate & Laura are so nice they seem like members of the family!

Kate and Laura helped us plan and manage a project which involved redesigning our shower room and part of our main bathroom. This included distributing the other items in the old room (washing machine, boiler etc) to other parts of the house. They co-ordinated excellently with the heating engineer, cabinet fitter and the electrician to deliver a first class finish with minimal disruption to our daily lives. Throughout the period they were with us the work area was kept immaculately tidy and clean. The tiling and plumbing are excellent. A pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Laura and Katie were efficient, tidy, competent and trustworthy. They took it on themselves to find some tiles and undertook the tiling patterning and carried out the other jobs careful to keep dust and untidyness to the minimum. We couldn't have asked for a better service.

Milton and Swan contacted us quickly regarding our faulty shower mixer valve, and communications were excellent throughout the job. They came out very quickly to assess the faulty valve and informed us of all of the options to suit any budget. When we opted for the cheapest (and likely most difficult) solution of replacing the internals of the valve they were happy to accommodate, researched the components we needed and more importantly how to take it all apart – before arriving and charging us for their time! The valve was then quickly rebuilt and we now have a nice hot shower again – thank you M&S!

Kate & Laura did some fantastic tiling and plumbing work for me. They worked efficiently and most of the time, I wasn't really aware they were in the house. As well as dealing with the issues I'd asked them to (retiling the kitchen floor, sorting out a leaking tap & doing various things in the bathroom), they (after consulting with me) did some additional things such as installing an easier way of turning the water off & fixing skirting boards which have further improved the look of the house and made it easier to deal with plumbing issues in the future. They also came up with a way of retiling a kitchen wall which re-used the existing tiles so was cheaper than the original plan but with no detrimental impact in how it looks. I can't recommend them highly enough.
