Our Work

Before, during and after pictures of a family bathroom refurb. Previously there was just a bath with a shower attachment on the taps - so we added in a shower valve and screen to make it a more usable shower. New sleek toilet with concealed cistern and stone shelf above, wall hung basin, exchanged the radiator for a towel rail, as well as full wall re-tile and new rubber sheet flooring.

This was a part finished bathroom project which the customer asked us to complete. The work involved moving the position of the radiator, putting in new fitted basin, WC and wall units, reboarding and re-tiling the walls, and tiling the floor with the additional of electric underfloor matting. Before, during and after photographs of a large ensuite refurb. This one at the "full works" - but the main brief was to remove the dark divided shower enclosure and add in a large glass enclosure to open up the room. This also involved finding a new position for the radiator. Fitted units were installed to provide more storage in the bathroom. And the usual tiling, flooring, painting ...

Before and after pictures of a full refit in Islip. The original bathroom had in it a free standing bath which the customer found impractical for showering and bathing children. This was replaced with a regular fitted bath, new thermostatic bath/shower valve, folding bath screen, wall hung basin, close coupled WC and a more modern towel rail. Plus carpentry work with a new handmade and hand painted unit, full re-tile, wall painting, the installation of a large mirror (complete the de-mister pad) and a new fan & light fitting.

Before and after piccies of a full bathroom refurb - where the work involved replacing a bath with a large walk in shower with rainhead shower valve (and new pump) and changing the positions of the basin, toilet and towel rail to utilise the bathroom space better. And of course, new units, wall tiling, flooring and all the other accessories too ...

A small ensuite refit - with modern products, light tiles and a large wall mirror to give the feeling of more space. Also included a handmade unit to provide some storage.

Complete refurbishment of a narrow ensuite bathroom. The original shower was a 'phonebox' / enclosed structure which the customer wanted opening out. The work involved building a new studwall, new shower enclosure, new vanity unit basin, close coupled WC and complete re-tile and re-paint.

New cloakroom created from an under stairs cupboard. New pipework and fitting of units, wall hung WC, basin, tap, column radiator, floor tiling and tiled splashback.

Before and after piccies of our latest work. Another freestanding bath which was causing water to go everywhere when showering. Customer wanted something more practical for a young family. Full works of a new bath, screen, units, basin, taps, WC, floor vinyl, wall tiles & panelling, re-plastering, new spotlight & painting.  

A family bathroom refurbishment - taking out a cast iron bath which was proving impractical for showering and replacing it with fitted bath, shower, folding screen and also fitted vanity units. Also complete re-tile and final decoration.

A refurb in a 400 year old cottage - the existing bathroom was in need of TLC, with the brief of the refurb to be in keeping with the rest of the house which has retained many of it's original features. The work included a new walk-in shower, shower valve, WC, Belfast basin with globe taps, tanking and tiling the walls & putting in a DPM, self levelling and tiling the floor.  

Before and after pics - the old shower enclosure was leaking damaging the ceiling below ... so we took everything out, reboarded the walls & floor, fitted a new enclosure and shower valve, re-tiled the walls and laid new floor vinyl. And added a niche too

The usual before and after pics - new shower enclosure as the old one was leaking, and lots of tiling - small metro tiles on the walls and vinyl wood effect on the floor. Boxing in of exposed pipework too. Customer to finish all the painting and final decoration themselves.

A couple of before and after piccies of our first utility room install - turning a plain storage room into a functional utility room. All new pipework to allow for a sink and washing appliances, new cork flooring, fitment of Ikea base units and worktop, tiling the splashback and all the wall painting.     

A small shower room refit involving new shower enclosure and tiling with built in niche, new Barbican style basin, concealed cistern with back-to-wall WC and all the final decoration.

The refit of a small ensuite because the previous shower enclosure was leaking. Work involved fitting a new enclosure finished with multi-panels, new shower valve (dual rainhead/handheld), new vanity basin unit - and re-routing the pipework to be concealed behind the unit, wall tiling everywhere else and replacing the floor lino.  

Complete refit of main bathroom - before, during and after piccies. New bath, 3-way concealed shower valve, rainhead / handheld shower, folding screen, custom made basin unit, wall hung WC with concealed cistern, wall & floor tiling in arabesque pattern, re-plastering the walls, made to measure mirror with demister, wall fan, LED strip lighting, re-fit of existing towel rail, painting and finishing.  

A few finished pictures only of main bathroom refit - the existing bathroom panelling and basin unit was retained but sanded and re-painted. Other work involved fitting a new bath, basin, taps, WC with concealed cistern (new shelf concealing pipework), quartz worktop, tiling of the floor, replaced old radiator with new traditional column towel rail, painting and final decoration.  

Design and refit of a master ensuite bathroom. Work involved; replacing the bath with a large walk in shower, new WC with a concealed cistern, new basin vanity unit, floor and wall re-tile, fitment of an in-line fan and spotlights & final decoration.

Before, after and during photos of a small ensuite refurb. Aim was for a simple, modern and practical bathroom with some storage. Work included the installation of all new suite, full wall tile, new floor vinyls & handmade basin vanity & WC units with quartz top.  

Unfortunately forgot to take 'before' pictures of this one ... but here's a couple of the 'after' shots. The original steel bath and shower valve were retained but everything else was replaced - including full re-tile of floor and walls, new spotlights and wall and ceiling re-plastering.

Complete family bathroom refurbishment - included new suite with vanity unit storage, new L-Shaped shower bath and screen, rainhead shower, replaced the radiator with a new towel rail and full wall and floor re-tile. Also new spotlights and ceiling re-plaster.

Before and after piccies of a large ensuite refurb - some of the original suite (bath, WC & bidet) were in good condition so were retained but upgraded with new taps. Other work included new shower cubicle & valve, new handmade vanity unit with double basins & mirrored vanity cupboard, new radiator & towel rail, complete re-tile and decoration (stripping old wallpaper, painting the walls and woodwork decoration).    

An ensuite refurbishment - involved replacing the corner shower enclosure (but kept existing shower valve), upgrading the basin & WC to wall hung, tiling and wall panelling and final decoration - painting walls and woodwork.

Full refurb involving replacing the bath with a large walk-in shower. Work included shower upgrade (from electric to rainhead mixer), underfloor heating, new wall fan, towel rail (dual fuel), vanity unit, wall and floor tiling and final decoration.   

Before and after piccies of a (sizeable) guest ensuite refurbishment to give a clean and crisp style. Work involved fitting a new slider shower enclosure and upgrading the thermostatic shower, new basin tap, towel rail and wall and floor re-tile. The original WC & basin were still in good working condition so were cleaned up, some inner parts upgraded and re-fitted which saved the customer money.

Refurbishment of the main family bathroom with brief of "shabby chic / country" style - a complete over haul clearing the existing non- functioning suite and replacing with new. Work includes - re-positioning of bath, fitment of new thermostatic mixer shower, towel rail, WC (with concealed cistern), vanity basin unit - and finished with floor and wall tiling and wood panelling and final decoration.
